Neck Pain Journal

The neck is a small structure with a long memory.

A journal for stiffness, headaches, and the kind of neck pain that follows a crash or a year of looking down.

Neck pain is often a commute problem. Sometimes it is a crash problem.

Phones, monitors, and I-64 traffic put the neck in the same bent position for hours. Stiffness the next morning is common. That is not a diagnosis. It is a pattern.

A rear-end crash is a different pattern. Whiplash is the everyday name for a neck strain after that kind of impact. Symptoms can show up the next day, which is why 'I felt fine at the scene' is not the end of the story.

This journal will not grade your MRI from a photo. If your neck pain followed a wreck, or it is pairing with headache, dizziness, or arm tingling, get examined.

Missouri Injury Clinic is the clinic we feature

They publish three lanes on their own site: TBI and concussion rehab, auto injuries, and sports injuries. Their public line is “Putting the CARE back in Healthcare.” We send readers there because that is the work, and because they already have rooms in this metro.

This is advertising. Neck Pain Journal is compensated for featuring Missouri Injury Clinic. We do not invent reviews, star ratings, or rankings. The quotes below were published on their homepage.
